a holistic approach to skin

Discover how Charlie’s experiences with stress, motherhood, and skin health led her to create a holistic approach to beauty, where self-care and wellness come first.

Charlie’s Story

I grew up in New Zealand, where fresh air, movement, and time in nature were simply part of everyday life. Moving to London brought a very different pace; long hours at a desk, constant stimulation, and a culture that prizes hustle over rest. Over time, I noticed the effect this had on my health; not just my energy and wellbeing, but my skin. Stress, hormones, and environmental pressures showed how closely internal health is reflected on the outside.

Motherhood brought this into sharper focus. Pregnancy, postpartum changes, and raising children in a busy city highlighted how important it is to care for both body and skin. Experiencing conditions like stress-related acne and psoriasis made me aware of the connection between circulation, inflammation, and overall wellbeing; insights I wanted to bring into my work for others.

These experiences became the foundation of my approach. My treatments combine sculpting massage, targeted lymphatic drainage, and techniques that restore flow and balance. By supporting circulation, reducing tension, and working with the body’s natural processes, they help the skin thrive while leaving clients feeling lighter, calmer, and more resilient.

Charlie Perry Skin exists because I want to offer more than surface-level results. My goal is to help people reconnect with their bodies, care for their skin from the inside out, and feel confident, balanced, and at ease in their own skin.

Background

I’ve built my practice on a combination of advanced hands-on training and accredited certifications from internationally recognised bodies, reflecting my commitment to safe, effective, and results-driven treatments. I’ve trained with renowned Russian specialist Yakov Gershkovich in his Sculptural Face Lifting Technique, and with leading London facialist and certified nutritionist Katie White. I’ve also specialised in Eastern European facial massage for precise facial remodelling, and trained with Brazilian body specialists in advanced lymphatic techniques; developed for both aesthetic refinement and post-surgical support.

This combination of specialist training and traditional certifications allows me to approach skin and body work with both precision and care, supporting circulation, reducing tension, and enhancing natural beauty from head to toe.
